ifixit shows us the new iPad Pro in the 11″ version from the inside.
ifixit once again shows us the inside of an Apple device in all its beauty, this time the new iPad Pro in eleven inches. The inner surprises with four loudspeakers, which provide the acoustic background during use.
The most conspicuous change here as well, as with the MacBook Air 2018: The batteries are a little bit easier to replace. They’re still glued, but Apple now uses adhesive tapes that come off on their own when they’re removed, similar to the iPhone. But that’s not all: the tapes even have two ends, so you have another chance if the tape tears the first time you try to remove it. A nice move. But Apple probably couldn’t say goodbye to the usual glue: a part of the battery is still conventionally glued.
Also the USB-C port is separately exchangeable. So if you don’t just connect the charger cable there, but constantly try out new accessories and the connection is defective at some point, it can be repaired quite easily.
The Face ID technology is also interesting to look at, which also works in Landscape mode on the iPad. You don’t have to hold the iPad in the upright position like the iPhone to unlock it.
