VLC as a video player for the most diverse formats to be known, now there is a new alternative: IINA.
The new player as open source project has been developed especially for macOS – unlike VLC, which is available for different systems. The advantage is that IINA is better adapted to macOS, which is also noticeable, for example, in the trackpad gestures that can be used for control. Those who like to use the dark mode from macOS 10.14 will be also very happy with IINA.
The first stable version 1.0.0 is now available for download. So if you need a little powerful program that plays pretty much everything, give IINA a chance.
