Valve has created an iOS app for its game streaming service – which has now been rejected by Apple.
The app was ready and should now be available for download. However, Steam Database published a press release from Steam on their Twitter account stating that we still have to be patient.

The statement says that Apple has now apparently determined that app guidelines would not allow the app to be released. Since the app allows access to the Steam Game Store and shopping is also possible there, it is probably the reason why Apple is against it. Normally Apple also gets a share of things sold in apps, maybe this is not given here.
