In Apple Maps, you can now have the route optimized for cycling in Germany. Anyone who used to use their cell phone for navigation and traveled by bike almost always turned to Google Maps, because only this app also knew cycle paths.
From now on it is also possible in Germany to have the best routers displayed in Apple’s maps app by bike. To do this, simply select the bicycle as the preferred means of transport in the route view from a drop-down menu.
In addition to the bicycle navigation, you now also get a detailed 3D view of the cities in Berlin, Munich and Hambung in the map display.
