Apple has launched a recall and replacement programme for the three-pole adapter plug on the power cord used in Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK.
On the pictures you can see the affected model (it has no inscription inside and no dent on the side):
The new, safer copy has a label on the inside and a dent on the outside:
Apple has started the voluntary program because there may be the problem that after damage contact with mains voltage is possible. The same program is also available for the two prong adapter in many countries.
