If you are having problems logging in to your iCloud account, you are not alone: there are currently far-reaching problems with Apple’s services.
As Apple’s status page reveals, many services are affected, with iCloud Services at the forefront. But also Find my iPhone or documents that you have stored in the cloud cannot be used at the moment.
These types of failures occur from time to time and are usually only noticed if you try to use them in exactly the same time period (as we do with a new MacBook). Unfortunately, no complaining helps, you just have to sit out these kind of infrastructure problems. So enjoy the forced offline time.
