If you have just installed the latest operating system updates for your Mac, you may be wondering about a menu bar that is now colored gray. This is the case again on our MacBook Pro with Monterey.
The bug has been known for years, but is one of those that will probably never be fixed – they are just not important enough. But they are not serious and very easy to fix.
The solution is: just reboot! After the Mac has familiarized itself with the latest macOS version, it knows which color the menu bar should be.
