Adobe has finally buried Flash Player with the end of 2020. It’s time to uninstall it.
For Apple users, Flash Player only made its way to the Mac anyway (where it mostly destroyed a lot of battery life), but Apple never allowed it on iDevices. It simply wasn’t a pretty piece of software and constantly showed new security issues.
Since the software world has long since moved on and the Flash Player has become almost superfluous, Adobe now also cut the official support. This means that there are no more updates and you should remove the program from your Mac.
Adobe even gives you a guide how to do so. Best is to do it now if you still have an old Flash Player installed.
