Sony is launching an Apple TV app for its Smart TVs, which will initially run on the Bravia XH90 model.
As Sony writes, some models will also be supported retroactively in the course of time. The manufacturer will not be more specific, only the years 2019 and 2018 are mentioned. Models built before these years are probably excluded from the update.
With this update, selected TVs will also get support for AirPlay2 and HomeKit, so that they can be seamlessly integrated into the Apple ecosystem.
