Currently, Apple TV+ is offering a free movie called “The Banker” with Anthony Mackie and Samuel L. Jackson. Just search for “The Banker” on your Apple TV or Apple TV app and watch the movie for free. You don’t even have to start the seven-day trial period, the film should be available directly.
The film is about two African-Americans who rebel against the white and racist establishment in the 1960s. They want to get into the real estate business and not only are they successful, their actions also led to the Fair Housing Act of 1968, which no longer allows discrimination on the basis of origin, skin colour or religion when buying a house.
The movie is as educational as it is entertaining. If you don’t find the two hours needed this Sunday don’t worry: the film is available free until the end of this month.
