Apple’s macOS update to 10.14.2 brings LG’s 5K monitor under macOS to life.
The 34WK95U-W, a widescreen monitor with a resolution of 5120 x 2160 pixels, gets very good reviews and is an excellent choice for those who prefer a large screen for their workflow.
However, the model was so new that it didn’t work with MacBook Pro 2018. This incompatibility was due to macOS and is now fixed with the current version 10.14.2. So if you’ve been reluctant to buy it, you can be sure now that the widescreen monitor will also work with the latest MacBooks.
