Looking for the spirit level in iOS 12? Apple has hidden it in another app.
What you always found with a wipe in the compass app, Apple has now placed the level in the new Measure app, with which you can measure objects with the camera.
There you can simply switch from measure to spirit level at the lower edge. This sorting is more logical, after all, you have all the tools you need for DIY in one place. With the iPhone 5s, which lacks the technical possibilities to calculate dimensions by camera, the spirit level is still in the compass app – the new tape Measure app is not available for this model.
