As usual, of course, the device is designed to never be opened. However, there is a lot of screwing involved and it has become easier to disassemble the large HomePod into its component parts than the previous model.
You can see its teardown again in the second video for comparison. The bottom line is that the construction of the HomePods is quite complex – which represents the development work and thus the good sound.
