Linksys has started delivering new firmware for its own Velop routers in the USA. This now provides HomeKit compatibility. In other countries the firmware will be available soon via the corresponding app.

The Velop Mesh Routers have been sold as HomeKit compatible for quite some time, but only now this function will be added via update. HomeKit routers allow for better control over smart home devices used at home and their access to and from the Internet.
