The new graphics option for the 16-inch MacBook Pro, the Radeon Pro 5600M, is actually significantly faster than the previous top model, the 5500M. It has around 50% more performance in various benchmarks.
In some tests this graphics solution is even faster than the Vega 56 in iMac Pro. That’s quite remarkable. Of course, the fans also run at high speeds under heavy load, but there don’t seem to be any obvious thermal problems.
