Adobe has now extended its Photoshop universe to the iPad.
Photoshop for iPad is now available for download in the App Store. The download is free for now, but for permanent use you need a subscription, which costs more than ten dollars per month. If you already have a subscription from Adobe, then the app should be covered.
You can use the app from an iPad Air 2 or Mini 4.
