HomeKit compatible sockets are cool, but you need a few more? How about a controllable power strip?
The multiple socket from koogeek offers you what you are looking for: three slots for 110 volt devices, all of which can be switched individually. The koogeek model supports Apple HomeKit as well as Amazon’s Alexa and Google Assistant. So it doesn’t matter which Smart Home ecosystem you choose.
In addition to the three standard sockets, which together can deliver up to 3000 watts of power, there are also three USB-A ports, which supply twice an amp and once 2.1 amp. This means that everything that is lying around can be charged and supplied with electricity. There is also an overview of power consumption – but only in total, not separately for the individual connections.
We have already tested the individual koogeek model, with which we are still satisfied. It runs without errors. Make sure, however, that your router offers a 2.4 GHz network to connect the smart socket, otherwise it will not come into the network. However, this is not a characteristic of the koogeek model but is typical for many smart home devices.
