The Zyxel is an interesting one to the equally expensive Qnap QSW-308-1C: it does not offer a 10 Gbit/s RJ45 port though, but two 2.5 Gbit ports.
This means that the Mac won’t run at full speed, but maybe that’s not necessary anyway, since your NAS can only handle 2.5 Gbit. Or you can connect your MacBook with a 5 Gbit USB adapter and be happy with 2.5 Gbit. These solutions all use less power, yet are two and a half times faster than the old standard.
